You don't get the best without giving up hefty value. Doughty wants help and this certainly would aid him. Not to mention this is based on some trade proposals on The Athletic.

Yeah Van pass, Risto doesn't fit our needs and really not looking to trade miller as i think he is more vaule to the Canucks then rineheart would be

Reinhart is 3 years younger while putting up similar numbers on inferior teams. Aside from Miller's huge year in Vancouver last year, they are very similar in terms of production.

Turcotte = 2C potential

Hence my reason for demanding Byfield, the Kings are getting an undisputed 1C caliber player in Eichel thus the Sabres should at very least receive someone who could eventually reach that level.
