A "possible" Selke winner for a "possible" Hart trophy winner.. I think I know who I take.

You don't get Eichel without giving up something good. Prospects are one thing, but you can bet you're money they're gonna want something that's more of a sure thing like a young player like Eriksson Ek. It's funny how people on here are cause of you were a Sabres fan you'd be saying you'd want or need Eriksson Ek in any Eichel deal. But your bias because he's had a good season after a few years before where people questioned if he'd ever develop. 1 season and Wild fans think he's a Selke nominee? Sorry but he's not even a top 10 defensive forward. He's good, yes. But he's not an elite defensive guy. & you can find someone to replace him easily. Guys like Eichel don't come around too often and Wild fans expect to give away virtually nothing to get him. That's the clown part LOL

SELKE TROPHY

1. Aleksander Barkov, Florida
2. A bunch of other players, including: Mark Stone, Brad Marchand, Joel Eriksson-Ek, Phillip Danault, Joe Pavelski, Anthony Cirelli, Patrice Bergeron, Ryan O’Reilly, Zach Hyman.

Yes, he very much is a possible Selke nominee. Sorry, to break the news to you. If you did read what I posted then your choosing to gloss over the fact moving Eriksson-Ek is counter productive when the goal is winning a cup.

Dumba - top 4 rhs defenseman

Rask - center and cap dump to equal out JE's $10M

Boldy - #2 Prospect and a top 50 prospect in the league

Khovanov - center, top six potential, #5 Wild prospect

2021 1st (PIT or MIN)

2022 2nd (MIN)

Sabers are getting a pretty good haul there for a guy that needs experimental neck surgery, is a massive risk to acquire, and if things go south could wind up being a $10M paperweight. Oh yeah, and who also wants the **** out of Buffalo.

I'm not about to give up Fiala given Eichel's injury concerns.

Dumba
Rask
Boldy
Khovanov
2021 1st (PIT or MIN)
2022 2nd (MIN)

That's my offer.

Injury isn't really anything to worry about. He just needs rest and rehab according to all medical professionals involved. He's pushing for the surgery with no medical backing. I think he's just causing problems to try and get traded.

That reply wasn't in response to anything you said...

I clearly read your post and responded to it. Guess they forgot to teach you to read in kindergarten. & you might wanna double check the definition of trolling. Just because someone disagrees with you it isn't trolling.

It's time for your nap now kid. Go to sleep. Cheers.

Kid? I'm 35 genius.

Just how self-absorbed are you?

The Rehab reported is only successful up to a point. Sure it pops the herniated disc back into place... sometimes... not always. But even if it does, it's not a long-term fix. It could just as easily pop back out again.

Which is not ideal.

The surgery he wants to get isn't the normal vertebrae fusion. It's a full C6 disc replacement, which is why it's experimental. But if successful would be more of a long-term solution. Either way, the guy has injury issues that would be a red flag for anyone who was to acquire him. I'm not comfortable giving up our best pieces for something that could backfire and we wind up with a $10M cap hit and paperweight.
