If STL are Sellers

Description
Blues will likely be battling for a playoff spot, but I still think a re-tool is in order. Last year, our team was much stronger and less flawed. Recent struggles can be blamed on goaltending, but honestly I don't see a playoff run even with a solid puck stopper. As the Blues and many fringe teams have done before, I think it's time to move some useful rentals, stock some picks, and save some money for the JT sweepstakes after next year! Or, STL could do the Parayko-Drai trade (this summer) if they feel that Schmaltz, Walman, Dunn, and co. are ready for the NHL. Of course if Paryako is dealt, they'd be wise to look for a NHL-ready D prospect return for Shatty (not shown here, but think Zboril instead of Senyshyn).

Why trade Parayko? Have you seen Parayako in his past 2 years in the NHL? He's good. Also Allen would be in a trade.

Parayko for drai would be good for both teams but you'd need to be able to afford him

No team in hockey would take Jake Allen right now. Even Calgary and Dallas have better goaltending situations than what Allen would bring. I don't care about potential. He's not the number one goalie he was expected to be, so if he were to be traded, it wouldn't be now, when his value is at an all time low.

There is approximately a 0% chance they trade Parayko.
