Salary Cap Mode: Basic

Ideally sign Nurse to an extension in the range of 7-8mil AAV x 8 years before the season begins.
Keep Neal for this season, then buy him out next so the cap penalty is two seasons shorter, could also buy him out this season and use the money to get more bottom 4 D depth.
Offloading Turris for picks could also be done if more cap space is needed for UFA signings.
Expecting at least one of Lavoie, Holloway, Benson, or Marody to impress enough to make the team at camp, maybe another one or two get called up mid-season.
Still not in love with the bottom 6, but a whole season for McLeod to grow, and Erik Haula at 3C makes it better than previous seasons.

Of course this all assumes Klef can play, if he's out then it changes a ton.
I don't know if the UFA's sign for these numbers, but with the flat cap playing a factor they probably will have to lower their desired prices anyway.
