Potentially. The Leafs could move Kerfoot instead of Engvall if they want even more cap space. The Leafs also aren't over the cap because Kesler is on LTIR, so they get the 6.875 million in relief from that, meaning they have just over 75k of space.

The LTIR isn't included in the cap space on ACGM. Even moving Kerfoot doesn't create the space.
