Seattle doesnt budge

Description
Seattle opts against Johansen/Duchene in expansion ... (despite Poiles efforts)
Protected: 8P 1G
Forsberg, Arvidsson, Kunin, Josi, Ekholm, Ellis, Carrier, Fabbro, Saros

NSH would have around $21 mil next offseason for Forsberg/Ekholm extensions.
At that time Parssinen, Afanasyev, Novak, Pitlick, Farrance, Askarov will be cheap options for roster.

Boro, Benning, Cousins, Arvidsson can be used as trade bait, for this armchair-GM I kept them on the roster. Cousins provides a bit of edge to the team, Arvy on 3rd line takes pressure off him but at the same time allows him (or Kunin) to slide back into top6 if there's an injury.

I love the name Rocco Grimaldi. But I'll pass.

I don't know Rocco plays with an almost unmatched intensity. He may be on the small side but he gives a 110% every shift and that come from being told he isn't big enough to play at the next level. He's kind of like Draper but Rocco can finish.

I like the defense -- with these forwards I'd probably go:

    Duchene - Johansen - Arvidsson
    Forsberg - Tomasino - Tolvanen
    Jeannot - Granlund - Kunin
    Trenin - Sissons - Olivier/Cousins
    Pitlick

I think this is probably pretty realistic for the off-season, for better or worse.

That second line looks like a power play tears of joy
That being said it could be a liability in the Dzone, especially with a rookie center.

If they resign Granlund I would hope he plays with some skilled players in the top 6 but playing with Kunin and Jeannot is intriguing

I could also see flipping Tolvanen and Duchene — honestly, our top 6 as a whole is pretty uninspiring on defense…
