No thanks to everything. Waaaaaay to much for hall, tatar is gone, Thornton is freaking terrible

how can you watch this series and think letting danault go is the right thing to do. Sure he generates little to no offence but his ability to play shutdown against other teams top lines is very difficult to come by. Id much rather put the 4M from Tatar (an ineffective playoff performer and scratch) into a guy like danault who can play responsible defensive hockey and generate some scoring chances from time to time.

Tatar has been not existent so far in the first round, I like him but I wouldn't sign him to another 4 years and use the money on Danault who can move up and down the lineup.
Hard no to the Hall signing, again money well spent elsewhere and Martincin is another Merrill/Gustafsson who we already have, so resign one of them if you must.
And let Thornton retire finally, take that cash and give it to Perry, that man deserves a raise!
