I'm not sure about the Arizona trade and thinking about it again I think more should be added on Toronto's end, but the framework is there.

Trades
1.
TOR
SEA
  1. Abramov, Mikhail
  2. Engvall, Pierre
Additional Details:
Abramov to entice Seattle to take Engvall.
2.
TOR
  1. Fischer, Christian
  2. Hill, Adin [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
Gives them an RD who's decent which is pretty important considering they currently have 1 signed for next season who's currently on the teams roster. Also gives them a very capable C or LW who is under team control.

Unloads a G which solves their current expansion draft issue. Giving up Fischer is tough, but the RD is important and they need D so that they can meet the requirements for players exposed in the expansion draft.
ARI
  1. Holl, Justin
  2. Kerfoot, Alexander
Additional Details:
Leafs get a young pretty good goalie who can either be a backup or challenge for starter minutes. They also get a capable RW on a reasonable contract.
3.
TOR
  1. Patrick, Nolan [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
Flyers get a good penalty killer and serviceable forward who's cost certain and can play anywhere in the lineup. They also get a decent draft pick.

They also move on from a guy who's struggled to stay healthy and give him a fresh start, while avoiding having to go through a contract negotiation.
PHI
  1. Mikheyev, Ilya
  2. 2023 3rd round pick (TOR)
Additional Details:
Leafs get a decent third line C, but has struggled with injuries.

Leafs move on from a player who doesn't really provide a ton of value to them apart from on the PK where they could find someone else for probably cheaper to do the same thing.
4.
TOR
  1. Jokiharju, Henri [RFA Rights]
  2. Olofsson, Victor
  3. Reinhart, Sam [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
Buffalo bring in a star to try to convince Jack Eichel to stay. If they have to move on from Eichel they're basically screwed, so adding a star like Marner would probably help them on that front.

They also move Reinhart who is most likely wanting out, avoiding that situation, and they don't have to worry about signing Jokiharju now or Olofsson next season. Add in getting two good young D and a pick and I can't see them turning down this package.
BUF
  1. Dermott, Travis
  2. Kivihalme, Teemu
  3. Marner, Mitchell
  4. 2023 2nd round pick (TOR)
Additional Details:
The Leafs get a better disperse of money but keep the high level of talent from losing Marner. They also switch a LD to a RD which they will likely need if Holl is dealt/selected in the expansion draft.

They do have to negotiate two contracts, which isn't ideal, but it gives the Leafs a fresh start and a real reset in the dressing room.

2 snipers and a grinder on the 1st line might just be crazy enough to win a game 7

In srsnss tho, Buff needs to ship Eichel out and preferably no one else in that deal so they can retain the B+ talent they scraped up
