    Oilers decline, Neal is still the better player between the 2 has 1 yr less left on his contract and has no bonuses so his contract can be bought out for full value and what a joke trying to toss Eakin in there also

    Neal for Skinner with 2mil retained

    It's an interesting Sknner deal but idk if it works for either I mean Dubas really fully acknowledges how useless sknner is now that he's left his prime

    People complain about Kerfoot @3.5M
