Description

I'm a Caps fan and I was just seeing if this would work money wise and looks like it does.

I put the roster together based on other SJS AGM's I saw. I also noticed many you saying SJS also needs a 3C and a goalie, so I included Pilon and Vanecek. Pilon had 16 points in 14 AHL games and is NHL ready, Caps just don't have room. Vanecek is also ready for a starting position and can come in and be the 1A or 1B option. Both cheap.

I imagine you want Vanecek but maybe not Pilon because he's unproven? If that's the case just remove Pilon then you have about $4.5M to use for a 3C.

No guarantee Hertl would re-sign with SJS after next season so seems worth taking chance to get a highly skilled top 6 center for 4 more years.

I like the idea, but that NTC probably doesn't.

I didn't even realize had that NTC. Never heard of JUST 3 teams to be traded to but looks like a couple other SJS players have it as well. Odd.
