Think I'd rather just trade TIerney without retention or taking a player like Engvall back for a 3rd. A third on a different team may only be a handful of picks lower that the late second the leafs would be offering too. Not a bad proposal, just hope they would pull the trigger on something more simple

Haula is not a 4th like centre- he is easily a third line centre and way better than tierney.

If he proves that then he moves up.. lines are never set in stone. The idea is to build 4 lines that can actually play in any situation.
