Previous roster was lacking grit, I thought Glendenning might be a good fit.

I’m probably off on a few values, but I left enough cap to reach slightly higher values if I was initially too low.

Matthews + Nylander = great chemistry
Tavares and Nylander = great chemistry

Two great lines of chemistry means lower quality of competition for either Matthews or Marner, rather than loading up one line.

Signing Hyman long term affects our ability to sign young guys in 1-2 years and he plays a heavy game (as much as I hate losing him).

I think it’s a better choice to bet on the younger, faster Dermott on the right of Muzzin than Holl (even as good as he’s been lately). Kerfoot was a significantly more productive LW than C, letting Hyman walk allows us to address 3C in free agency.

I HOPE Amirov or Robertson are ready, but on the chance that they’re not it’s okay to let them develop, they both look awesome and there’s no rush for the top 6 right now.

Driedger looks good.

Marlies will sure be a lot of fun if some of the prospects that have taken a leap last year start to show up in the AHL.
