if you think tkachuk is worth 1.5 first round picks you’re out of your mind. Pick one of zary or 12oa to go with him, not both. And then maybe you can have a 3rd who cares

I'd rather have Risto than Ghost hands down.

Also, not sure I like selling on Olofsson that low. I think a starting goalie (1B depending on if they bring back Ullmark) could be found for cheaper.

You mean the guy that was placed on waivers and not claimed by any team in the NHL? right. Im not a huge fan of Risto but ive seen that exact trade numerous times.

Ya you have seen that trade from BUF fans because they want to dump Risto because he is awful. Ghost was put on waivers because he was the least likely to be claimed and we needed the roster spot. He literally missed 1 game due to being waived. But yes, Ghost is better than Risto.

Im not entirley sure thats as low as you think on the Olofsson, Korpisalo trade. Sabres brass have had their eyes on CBJ goaltenders all season. But yes I agree with the Risto statement. Not a fan of his but Ghost has been meh for a few years now. That trade is centered around getting Nolan Patrick and hopefully kick starting his career in a new city.

Yeah you might be right about Tkachuk's value. My only concern is that his Qualifying offer is 9M next season and will most likely get a long term deal at 10M. Eichel at 10M > Tkachuk at 10M. Instead of 12oa maybe a 2022 1st would be more realistic or a 2nd next season. I just think Treliving will have some pressure this summer to make a big splash. Even though alot of people on here believe teams won't be bidding for Eichel, thats completely insane to me. Kings and Flames have the best pieces to outbid the others IMO.

Olofsson is a 50+ point forward, Korpisalo is a backup coming off a bad year

This is awful.

Hey buddy why dont you step down from your almighty throne and read the description where it says they overpay for Free Agents. They paid Eakin 2.25 last season.... Janmark will get 3.5-4.5 on the open market. Hence the "overpaid" statement.
