Soory to say but in no universe does Arizona retain $1,112,000 over 4 years. That is practically paying Reilly double in real dollars. Arizona can be a cap team but they'd rather not be in real money.

Plus they already have OEL as a PP quarterback, Reilly isn't required.

Reilly stays in Toronto OR ends up with Seattle, I don't see another solution.
