Islanders arent over the cap even with the devils

Description
For all of you who keep screaming about the islanders cap games, thats only bc of how many players are on their roster. If lees not on ltir lou doesnt make the coburn trade and we're under the cap. Now do this with tampa see what happens.
Cap adjusted 50k bc of greenes minimum contract (wont let me resign him for 700k).

Is anyone actually complaining about the Islanders and their LTIR? I assume it’s just loser Tampa fans who don’t have an argument and are trying to get a rise out of you. Which they did

Too many friendly deals with Sorokin, Beauvillier and Pelech. They will fetch nearly twice that amount of dough. Isles will need to pay to unload at least one 5M$ salary to Seattle or elsewhere if they want to retain Cizikas at least...

With a thin market on UFA center this season, Cizikas and Zajac can get more money elsewhere.

Technically, they are. You put Zajac and Johnston on the taxi squad. They spent all season on the NHL roster. Maybe Johnston would have been waived but not Zajac.

Yeah bc there was no need to send them down. If they needed they wouldve run a 20 man roster (isnt that what the taxi squads were somewhat for) .
