                          It just goes to show what a crapshoot the draft really is. In my opinion, the biggest whiff here is the Wotherspoon pick, Feaster the Gm at the time (now with TB) has said since his firing that he wanted to take Kucherov but his scouts convinced him to take Wotherspoon. I really think the Flames are still feeling the effects from poor years of drafting. The best example of this is Darryl Sutter's tenure as GM, he traded picks away like they were candy in an attempt to win the cup, which they only came close to once. The picks he did make were spent predominantly on WHL guys the vast majority of which did not pan out.
