Description
Listen as a leafs fan, this is now our 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs. something major needs to addressed. A major move needs to be Made not only to make the fans believe again , but to make it so we have a better suited team for playoffs. When I watch the maple leafs, I see softness. I see a lack of heart and passion. I want to see physicality. There needs to be a culture shift here and I think Tkachuck can be that missing piece. not only is he skilled, he's a pest , and he's tough as nails. He's like a way better version of Darcy Tucker in my opinion . Mathhews doesn't need marner, he's a threat no matter what.

marner is scared, he can keep his assists for the regular season, its the play offs that count. we don't need skill we have plenty of that. we need grit. what you dont understand is Matthews doesn't need Marner. Matthews is a threat wherever you put him 1 through 4.

Toronto signed players with more goals than Mangiapane: 3

Toronto signed players with more goals than Coleman: 4

Toronto signed players with more points than Hamilton: 3

Chances Seattle trades a 2 nd and 3 rd for Engvall and Holl: 0

The main problem is Tkachuk signing a long term contract. His one year qualifying offer is 9 mil. He may take that and head to StL after 2022-2023.
