Isles probably just cut both of them. I don’t think the 2ish million they save trading them over buying them out is worth 2 2nds.

Agreed. Seems like a smarter plan of action to buy those 2 out, get the ~3m in cap space, and then let someone like Leddy go to Seattle for free. Saves like 8.5m in cap while costing no picks or prospects
