People need to realize the Penguins didn’t want Fleury back. They moved on. Rutherford didn’t. Dude was freaking obsessed. He’s gone. Hextall has a new plan. I’m positive Jarry will just have a new backup to run a 1A 1B with. It was one bad playoff series. That’s it.

Thats not true at all. If the Penguins are going all in for 1-2 years they will definitely have to rebuild after. So why not bring Fleury back? It's a doable trade and he is a far better option than running a 1a/1b tandem with Jarry. Look at the goalies in the finals now. Do you really think Jarry would match up against Vasilevsky and Price? I don't think Jarry is a bad goalie, he's a good back up, but after that series its tough for players and the team to trust him in big situations. You say only GMJR wanted him back, but the core, ownership, everyone on the Penguins love him.
