Definitely wouldn't leave Holl unprotected. Holl would certainly be on the roster unlike Dermott.

If Arvidsson went for 2 and 3, then i cant see why arizona wouldnt go 1 and 3

Because Dvorak is a better player and Arizona's top center. What reason do they have to move him for draft picks?

Yes Dvorak is better thats why he gets a 1st and a 3rd and not a 2nd and a third.

Why would they move him for a draft pick? Because all of the news coming out of Arizona is that they are trying to shed cap to meet an intenal salary cap, which would lead them to trading off some pieces who make money for assets like draft picks

If they're trying to shed cap, Dvorak is way down the list of casualties. OEL, Kessel, maybe Keller or Schmaltz are on the list. Dvorak is not.
