Description

Not sure it's enough for Forsberg (especially for NSH to retain), but he is only 1 year from UFA. Would be an expensive rental, but it's pretty easy to like what he could bring to either the 1st line or 2nd. I'd add another pick if needed for the salary retainment. Graves and Compher are cap dumps (CBJ can be replaced for anyone paying a 4th). Hjalmarsson was a plug for the last pairing and could be replaced by anyone.

Grubauer should be at like 4 shouldn't he. I like the ideas though. Don't know if you'd do that Forsberg deal unless you though you could sign him which you couldn't unless some other changes were made.

Yeah huge fan of bringing in forsberg, i think there should be money to resign him, we'd have to let kadri walk which will probily happen either way. If we can't resign him i'm not big on trading kaut just because of the right handed shot situation but i think it owuld all work out here. Nice to see you kept johnson off IR as well and fit it all under cap.

In an ideal world, Newhook becomes 2C and Sampo takes over his position. We would hopefully have some cap to sign Forsberg, otherwise, I'm afraid we would have to dip into UFA again. But as a Go For It year, I think Forsberg is an improvement on Saad. There is always a way to make things work
