No way the Isles could (or would want to) do that trade unless Ladd was going back to Minnesota, and even then it probably still doesn't work financially unless Minnesota retains even more salary and takes back another bad contract or two (Komarov/Hickey).

Dumba adds no value in an Eichel trade. Rossi and both 1sts are good, but one more piece is needed. solid prospect preferably, obvs we want Boldy but I understand that's a no.
