I honestly doubt that Seattle is taking him after the season he just had. They are likely taking Dickinson or Mascherin, depending on where their need lies. Realistically the only way Seattle take Khudobin is if Dallas pays them to.

In all reality, Dallas is going to have to find a trade partner to take Khudobin (which they SHOULD be able to do), and if they can't then they will need to buy him out.
