Easy no on the St. Louis deal from a Rangers perspective and the Rangers aren't trading Lundkvist.

It was proposed elsewhere, we are discussing potential cap issues (not the trades) in the future if they tried to acquire both.

They're over the cap here, with some low ball contracts. And they have no cap space to re-sign Lafreniere, Miller, etc. Only Tarasenko contract coming off the books, which wont be enough.

I think it would be almost a forgone conclusion that if they do trade for Eichel, then Mika is a cap casualty along with Strome.
