Need more for Reinhart, Eriksson is a cap dump with a ntc so that alone needs a first round pick to dump him.

He has one year left. They could just buy him out and we are already getting a top 10 pick.

I'll add a 2022 2nd.

Man I sure hope not. Our prospect pool is getting pretty shallow. I find myself being envious of Buffalo and their opportunity to eat crap for the next few years, but to trade some big pieces for some serious future potential. Detroit and Buffalo should be cup contenders in 2026.

If you are envious of Buffalo you need to reevaluate everything

No. LE Cap hit is 6M, salary is 3M. Maybe a 2nd round pick to move LE, but they probably just eat the season and keep the pick. The 9OA for Reinhart is way too much for a second line RW. Buffalo fans will probably be quite underwhelmed in the return for Reinhart....if they get a late first and a middling prospect they should be happy. 7 x 6.5M is crazy money for a player like him......the kids not a winner, never has been.

He's not a 2RW, my god. He's a 1RW and low end 1C/high end 2C who did nothing but produce for a terribly run franchise.

What a lazy argument "he's not a winner"

Wild rather keep Victor Rask, and his 1 year contract who plays a position of need than Rasmus whose a d, wild doesn't need, or want

No disrespect, but Rasmus isn't good, and won't play on wild. Wild have Calen Addison ready to replace one of dumba or soucy, so wild reject this deal very easily

If I thought ristolainen was good I wouldn't be trading him with retention for Victor rask

I'll never understand why people feel the need to trash a place people live and raise their families for no reason whatsoever. Grow up

Still wild say no rather very easily. Rask isn't good but serviceable at a position of need, and only has 1 year left

On Vancouver he's not a 1C, 2C or 1RW. He is a 2RW...just a fact. Sammy boy has not made his line mates OR his team better......difference makers or "winners" are characterized that way because they actually DO make their line mates/team better. Empty points on a bad team have very little meaning and the NHL has seen many of those types of players. Matt Duchesne was exactly the same kind of player on an even better "crappy" team and look how that trade turned out?? A regrettable trade for Ottawa and a regrettable signing for Nashville. I'd rather not experience either and take a shot at the 9OA being a much better player than Reinhart will ever be.

Really?? What's bizarre?? What has Reinhart done for Buffalo since he's been there?? Nada.....nothing.......zero. In fact Buffalo almost traded him early in his tenure because of character issues and the same issue was raised again this year after a game against Detroit. The guys not worth 7 x 6.5M and not worth giving up a top 10 pick for.

If you could overnight some swiss chalet, thatd be great. Also, i was thinking the divisions would go back to normal, but trudeau doesnt seem to be in any rush to open the bridge up, are we running these awful divisions back?

I'll trade you swiss chalet, plus Trudeau and a 1st rounder for Sam Reinhart.
