You're not getting Seth Jones from CBJ, especially for Krejci.

Columbus would turn that down in a heartbeat. Beyond that if this was done it just exposed Beleskey and Colin Miller to the expansion draft.

If we lose Beleskey or Miller to the expansion draft is that really the worst thing?

Beleskey is far beyond his prime, and losing Miller to the expansion won't be that bad considering we would have Jones, and bunches of prospects coming up still.

Beyond his rime at 28? Overreacting a bit. Both of them have trade value giving them up for nothing is stupid. And you aren't getting Jones with that offer anyway. An up and coming star DMan for fading veteran with a terrible contract. Nope.

Beleskey has ZERO value. He is getting paid way too much and is playing bottom 6 minutes.

Your opinion. Not reality. Your upset he hasn't done anything this year and hasn't been a 20 goal scorer since coming over. Got it. He wasn't brought in to be a top 6. Despite missing 25 games he is still 5th on the team in hits.. There is more to a hockey player than just points. Plus unlike most deadline moves he's not a rental. Giving him up for nothing doesn't make sense. Now Jimmy Hayes on the other hand.....
