I tried to do something similar. Yours looks better because you only have 22 players. I added 3 scratched players for a 25 man roster which I think is more realistic. That added about $2.25M.

no chance Seattle is taking that much cap from you for only a 1st and 3rd.
Something tells me they didn't cut a deal with TB and it's going to be Cal Foote.
Seattle can pick up a few cornerstones in FA, and I'm pretty sure they would rather use their cap to sign Hamilton or someone instead of wasting it on either of those two.
