Yeah its all nice and easy to say "this is how you do it" but virtually none of these trades would happen or at the very least if I were in the other GM's place, I wouldn't make those trades. Obviously Ana and Ari trades are plausible because they are minor but the rest aren't.

Sabres decline. That trade is awful. Sabres aren't trading a franchise player for a mediocre D man. The sabres arent tearing down, this trade makes no sense for Buffalo

Mediocre is being nice; DDK is just bad.

Sorry drummer, the trades are pretty skewed in favor of the Wings. I've seen a lot of those from Wings fans lately. Time to let go and just admit we have a poor team.
I like the idea of trading Mrazek to Carolina though; I've posted a few AGMs trading him there. I am a fan of Carolina and they badly need a goalie to take their team to the next level. Mrazek may be past his prime before the Wings compete again so I say we trade him.

Carolina never gives up that many picks for Mrazek who is slumping the year. Toronto wouldn't give up a Hyman and those draft picks for two players that under achieved in the Detroit system. No sense in dumping two draft picks at Arizona to get rid of Kronwall contract when he will probably retire due to injury. The rest of the trades are okay.. as a wings fan I'm on board for the rebuild but I don't think there should be a fire sale.
