Wild reject this deal. Matt dumba isn't available ; nor is he getting traded. He's beloved by wild gm bill Guerin who sees him like Marcus foligno and Ryan Hartman.

Jack eichel doesn't have the value of five 1at round picks

Dude, stop with this "beloved" garbage. You're right, MIN can't trade Dumba now due to the Suter buyout and Soucy being picked up by SEA, But it has nothing to do with being beloved. They were shopping him all over for the past year. You sound like a fan who has blinders on.

This trade gives up too much for Eichel. But we all know MIN is in the thick of discussions for him, and like in most situations, you gotta give to get.

They weren't really shopping him. If you read any articles by Michael Russo who covers wild, you would know it's not true. You would also know Russo has reported for months on promise Guerin made to dumba that he was going nowhere, and would do everything to keep him because he came to love dumba

So please stop assuming rumors are true

The Wild have definitely listened to the offers, but no team was going to offer much considering, until Suter got bought out, they knew the Wild were going to lose him for nothing. Now that he's on the team after the expansion draft, they're more likely to get full value for him. They'd need to get a defenseman back in most deals, but it's definitely possible that he gets traded. Also, teams who need a defender are probably going for Hamilton if they have the cap room, so they may wait until he lands somewhere.
