Here’s some deals I think would improve our team moving forward. Yes this team is over the cap. I acquired some LTIR space that I’m hoping could be used to allow us to spend more. I don’t fully understand how the LTIR can be used so I’m not sure if this is possible or not.

Klefbom, bear and a 3rd is a underpayment for Rielly and hymans rights, something that makes sense would be Hyman's rights for Klefbom just because LTIR for the leafs, but bear and a 3rd is a steal for Rielly

fair enough. just to briefly explain it, you can't use LTIR to go over the cap. Aquiring LTIR doesn't really do you any good (unless klefbom was to come back for the playoffs or something)
