a team without hyman

Description
Leafs now have a huge hole to fill when it seems like Zach Hyman will inevitably leave for Edmonton. I believe they should go about this by trying to bring in multiple smaller pieces rather than trying to go for a big money player. The Galchenyuk deal I think falls in the mid 1 million range for a shorter term, reports say he enjoyed his time with the team last year and it is a deal that makes sense for both sides. Blake Coleman as well would be a great middle 6 addition for the Leafs to bring even more energy and pace to a third line that was lacking at times last year for Toronto. Michael Bunting appears another player with a connection to the Leafs, he would also be a great add to the Leafs left side and could play up and down the line-up. Luke Schenn would be the Bogosian like add the leafs made last offseason. I think Bogosian would be the better option but reports point to him heading back to the U.S.A next season. Lastly the Kuemper trade I think should be the direction the Leafs go to fill the open goalie spot. A return of a second rounder along with Engvall who could thrive in a greater role with the Yotes, Malgin who hasn't been able to crack a loaded right side of the leafs lineup could turn into a solid bottom 6 guy if given the right chance, and a B level prospect in Abramov might be a really good return for Arizona on a UFA goalie next season.

Good explanation, I think the balanced approach is the best way to do it. Couple comments:
I think Coleman gets more money (too much for the Leafs)
I like the Arizona trade and value seems pretty close
Not a fan of Kerfoot in the 3C spot. Spend the Coleman money on a 3C and another cheap winger
Don't think planning to have Robertson fill a winger spot is smart. He's still 19 and has a awkward year last year. Let him thrive on the Marlies and call him up if he's dominating

I think that's what Arizona is looking for. I also think a team may pay more

Thanks man, I agree about Coleman especially seeing what Goodrow got. But I think Kerfoot could still fit in the middle 6 maybe even as a second line LW. Maybe move Mikeyhev with engvall to create that extra 1M for Coleman.
