He's not worth a first and two solid prospects. He's also likely to be out most of the season. He'd also have to waive his NTC which is unlikely he loves playing in Tampa.

Modified NTC 16 team trade list (Colorado)is probably 1 of 16. Why is he going to be out ?
He already had the rod put in his leg and will be ready for training camp. He expected to play game 6 had it been needed. I know he said last week on spitting chicklets he plans on retiring here ,but knows salary cap issues are real. He is if he's the guy that puts you over the hump which he really can be. Hes a better player than Coleman and that's pretty much what Tampa Bay gave up for Coleman with less term left
