i've never been huge into zucker. When he was in minny i didn't even notice him and we played them like 6 times a year. And he didn't seem that productive playing with better centers in pitts so i donno if it's worth it. The cap hit is nice though i'd rather have him at 3.5 than compher

Zucker did great with Crosby, and Sullivan refused to put them together. He couldn't mesh with Malkin, but did with Carter.

Maybe Compher goes to BUF in this deal and COL signs someone like Johanssen or Bozak?

Yeah odds are he wouldn't see much time with Mack on colorado unless there was an injury so he'd be stuck with kadri and lately he's been bringing down players on his lines. But if we were to move compher in this deal and brought in zucker at that cap hit i'd be all for it. Zucker would be a solid depth piece

I think him and Kadri would mesh together because both play similar style games.

I think he’d do the best with Mackinnon in colorado cause he meshed so well with Crosby. If Sully would stop being stubborn and put Zucker with Crosby where he is best and put Guentzel with Malkin where he is best then Zucker doesn’t look as bad. Zucker pretty much sucked at the beginning of the year because Malkin came in out of shape and brought everybody on his lines down. It wasn’t until Kapanen finally got in that Malkin finally was in game shape. But by then Zucker went down, and then Malkin had gone down by the time Zucker came back. But I think he’d do ok with Kadri. And it’s not like Zucker didn’t generate offense. He was snake bitten last year too until closer to the end of the season.
