    You and everyone else on here will be shocked when the cap goes up and those contracts and smaller bridge deals

    1. Mika will be looking for more term, he will be 5 years 9.5mil minimum as I believe that is what they could potentially be talking about soon after they sign Igor.

    I agree, we are screwed and with the cap probably not going up more than 1.5mil in the next 3-4 years, it will be hard to not only develop these players, but keep them because of the cap restrictions.

    I believe your math is wrong on a few of these players to be honest. IDK if Laf will get 6, he may be in a 3 year 4mil range instead as a small bridge (but enough for him to say yes) and if he flourishes, then that is when they pay him in the following contract. But again, I do agree with you on a lot of this and it will come back to haunt the Rangers.
