Description

We've all watched wingers come and go on Connors wing since he came into the league. Some thrived, some were duds and some had career years like Maroon and Kassian. Mcdavid garners all the tough comps in game. Every team throws there best Defenseman and either top lines or best checkers. Game in , game out. Still he producesevery single year amazing numbers. What about spreading everyone down the lineup to produce more scoring lines.

I added Holloway into the mix because i strongly believe he would of went right from Wisconsin to the NHL to play out the end of season and may of skated in the Playoffs just like Caulfield did in Montreal, had he not got injured. I'm of the belief that would of been the route he took. He didn't look like the typical boy among men in college, he looked like a man among boys. He was dominating and noticeable almost every shift out there. I watched every one of his televised games this past season. He was impressive. Imho more so then Cole on most evenings. Im excited for his future. And i think it could start as soon as opening night 2021.

I also inserted the entire AHLs best scoring line from last season as our fourth line.
All our key PP guys are still there. And pretty much every single player on line 2 and 3 can PK.
Maybe its just me but this forward lineup excites me greatly.
What say you? Please discuss like an adult. No need for trolls.
Id roll this lineup against more skilled teams and insert Archi and Kass on the 4th line for the harder hitting matchups.

Well in all likelihood he is. He wins faceoffs (career is over 50%, 52% last year) and hes more playmaker than shooter. And he has some chemistry from playing with Foegele in Carolina. These would be arguably the 2 best wingers hes played with in his career at the same time. I dont put Nuge there because he hasnt topped 50% on the dot a single time in his career and McLeod is a rookie. So yes, I'd bet Ryan is the 3rd line center. And it wouldn't shock me to see all 3 eclipse 35 to 40 points each. Thats a pretty solid 3rd line

Ryan is the 3C but they are playing a simple grind game with Kassian or yamamoto and foegele as wingers so he can handle that. The hope is that mcleod matures and takes the job from him.
