Every forward line, D pairing, goalie, and extra must be from the same province/territory as their linemates. No doubling up on provinces/territories.

Nunavut isn’t included because they don’t have any active NHL drafted players.

Quebec has really fallen off. Not good enough for a set of forwards or defense.

Well I needed a good goalie and Fleury is one of the best Canadian goalies.

Actually, now that I think about it I could switch Fleury, Theodore, and Toews for Price, Girard, and Chabot, but IMO those are both very similar in terms of how good the players are.

Québec’s forward line would be Huberdeau - Bergeron - Perron.

If only Newfoundland had a good goaltender, because I'd replace the Newfoundland line with that Quebec one.

Could also consider Kuemper (SK). Girard-Chabot is a lot better than Dumba-Severson.
