No, you have it wrong Stromm. No one wants to trade for Fleury. Salary, term and the thought he may not be the # 1 guy to be protected in the expansion draft.
What to do? Pray he waives his NMC before the draft, though I have doubts he would be drafted. At least by waiving his NMC, Pens don't have to buy him out.
