We have a few options that might be able to make a better impact on the wing for the 12th line this year.
Matthew Highmore seemed to fit well on that 4th line for the 2nd half of the season and was not a minus player.
Will Lockwood and Jonah Gadjovich both seem to be doing well in the AHL and will have a full pre season this year to prove themselves.

Also I think you have your years mixed up on EP and QH for the $'s
