Description

If Frost plays he has to at least get 3rd line minutes or what is the use of having him in the NHL. Cam York may need just a little more time in the AHL, but I fully expect him in the lineup at some point in the season. I really like the build of this team. I think they have potential to be a real threat this season if the defense comes together and guys like Farabee, Lindblom, Sanhiem and TK take the next step.

I highly doubt Frost will be on the lineup now that Brassard is signed. Brassard was specifically signed to be the 3C so they can keep Laughton at wing and give Frost some time in the AHL cause he hasn't played for a long time.

Couturier extension -- $7.75m x 8, official -- fantastic deal! Even towards the end of the deal, it's still not too bad because the cap hit is lower than expected.
