So you're giving up basically the picks you just got from KK offer sheet, but probably higher. So you're downgrading on picks, lose Kulak and KK, and all you get is Dvorak.

KK and the picks are not a part of this trade. If he goes, he's gone and they have to deal from there.

I know he's not a part of the trade, I'm talking in general during the offseason. KK is gone and Dvorak is in. The Habs picks are out, the Canes picks are in. The offseason has been a big downgrade for MTL (if this happens)
