As much as I wish this was the deal, it's not possible. Maatta is on IR, meaning he can't be traded. Also, I see them keeping Maatta until the postseason to maximize cap space for trade deadline, then when playoffs hit, an abundance of players. Also, feel like one more piece would have to go. Rust, maybe?
