You've just lost Lindström on waivers.
Vrána is a LW and doesn't play on the right side.
Smith is a LW and doesn't play on the right side.

And what motivation do you have for giving away Lindström on waivers, after Yzerman spent a protection slot on him in the expansion draft?

If you're playing Bertuzzi and Vrána on the same line why are you forcing Vrána to play his weak side when Bert plays both sides equally well?

If you are playing Erne and Smith on the same line why are you forcing Smith to play his weak side when Erne plays both sides equally well?

Do you have sawdust for a brain?

I expect the Czechs to play together, and the Guelph line (Fabbri/Suter/Bert) to play together, at least to start. That Guelph line had chemistry years ago, no reason why they couldn't now. And the Vrana/Larkin/Zadina line had great numbers post TDL in very limited action (due to Larkin's injury).

Also, it's pretty well known that Vrana's game won't translate to the PP, so I don't expect to see him on the PP1. Games predicated on speed don't translate well on the PP, and he's not a C (primary puck carrier). Most of his ice time will come on even strength, where he's at a major advantage to most players (as shown by his numbers).

I agree with you. However, except for the Lindstrom observation you are kind of nitpicking. smile
