Still not a cup contender, not unless you trade the rest of the Kraken lineup for the rest of the Florida lineup! One player no matter how good doesn't make a team a contender just look at the Leafs, Oilers and Sabres they have 3 of the best players in hockey but have either not made the playoffs or lost in the first 2 rounds ever since forever LMAO.

Only Florida can sign Barkov to an 8 year deal and hes probably going to stay in Florida who knows when seattle is ready to contend.
