From what I've seen, I think Benson is in that 4LW, Shore is at 4C, and McLeod sits until Shore has a bad couple of games, or even spends a bit of time in Bake (since he is not waiver exposed). McLeod is big and fast, but really not cashing much. He needs to, because Shore is clearly the better PKer, which Tip will be guaranteed to value more.

If McLeod was clear cut better than Shore in preseason it would be no question, but he hasn't been, and as an ELC, there is an advantage there to avoid more waiver exposure.
