The habs dobt need anotger winger and for that price they can easily get someone better than engvall
not to be offensive or confrontational, but doesnt engvall have more points than like half of all habs forwards( i think only 3 have more), in a 3rd line shutdown role. averaging like 14 minutes a night.

So you would trade Perreault for Marner then because Perreault has double marner's point. May as well throw Matthews in there to even out the points.

i mean thats literally not what i wrote, but hey go off i guess.
just that the idea that a penalty killing winger whos large and puts up as many points as some of your top players, isnt worth that at all might seem a slight stretch.
A constructive comment could be that hes not worth that specifically but maybe instead X or Y.
But a high 80/90s pick and a high 120/s pick is probably worth for the habs to get a properly developed player who fits almost exactly what they are missing.
Bad PK
Forwards who dont produce
and need someone on the PP as an additional option
Not to mention hes like 6ft4 and only makes 1.25 million.
How many habs 3rd or 4th round picks have the habs properly developed over say the last 15 years?

If Engvall was everything you claim him to be you would be a idiot to trade him. But he isnt. He is a 4th liner that can take a 3rd line shift every once in a while. Your just being douchy with a small sample size. All of our 8 wingers had more points than him last year.
Who cares if he is 6 foot 4 when he is soft as butter. He has no value to the habs
