ide say there is zero chance the penguins remotely entertain this package.

Kravtsov - value is worth roughly a late 2nd right now. not proving worth in khl, publicly asked for a trade, value is dropping very very fast.
Blais sucks 3rd line value. maybe a 3rd round pick at maximum.
Strome is a by product of panarin he probably has a higher value than his actual worth.
Zach Jones is a recent 3rd thats actually decent.
thats not nearly enough value to get sidney crosby with retention. Not one High End caliber cant miss piece in this deal.

kravtsov has played 2 games in the khl, with 2 goals and 1 assists, im not sure how you can say he's "not proving his worth". also he's worth a lot mroe than a late 2nd, him asking for a trade doesn't change the fact that he's one of the best prospects in the world rn.
if you think blais sucks, you clearly haven't watched a single rangers game this season.
same goes for strome. panarin has obviously helped his numbers, but he's certainly still a really solid center, and its not like the pens dont have good wingers.
jones is a very good defensive prospect, he'd probably make the pens immediately.
plus a 1st and a 2nd.

some of your takes are rubbish honestly

30 points in 61 games in the khl. ryan spooner has 39 points in 36 games in the khl.... i dont see how you can label kravtsov a top prospect right now.
Strome is a 2c with panarin, without panarin what is he? look at his sample size with nyi/edm/nyr. Hes been successful with panarin and thats it. the rangers dont even want him, as evidenced by the 2 year deal he signed at age 26...
ive watched plenty of blais at both stl and as a ranger. kid isnt a scorer. grit and work ethic only get you so far if you cant score. Hes got an average toi of 13:27 (3rd liner) not to mention hes 25 has never played more than 40 games in a season or scored more than 8 goals or had more than 15 points. not worth that much...
Jones is a nice piece, he probably wouldnt make the team right away because they have quite a bit of term on their dcorp right now but i think thats really the only decent piece you are putting on the table. the first with crosby on the team would end up a later first and same with the 2nd. which realistically doesnt even pay for his retention.

Sorry where is the value for a guy thats been over ppg every year of his nhl career? and arguably a top 5 player in hockey?

an injured eichel just got krebs (real top prospect), tuch (a 50 point caliber player thats done in consistently with multiple linemates), a 1st, and a 2nd.

a healthy crosby at 6m for the next 4 years should fetch significantly more.

im not arguing that the trade would be enough for crosby lmao, i know how good he is. the eichel stuff is kinda dumb tho, he's a top center in the nhl, and crucially only 23, crosby is 34 and is pretty clearly starting to drop off, and on top of that is having injury problems. im not trying to diminish crosbys value or achievements, but i am saying that the comparison between eichel and crosby is nonsensical, because one is a player who would realistically be a really good asset for maybe 2 or 3 more years, and probably a solid piece a few years after that too.

you seemingly dont understand that points totals isnt really a great way of judging prospects, and that most people who know what theyre talking about regard kravtsov as one of the top 2 way prospects in the world atm, and as a rangers fan im in shock that drury didnt just waive hajek or hunt after pretty much promising kravtsov a full time role.

i think rangers fans are the only bunch that see kravtsov as a top prospect in the world right now. i think most players from 2019, 2020, and 2021 1st and some second rounders have jumped him at this point. Its not all about points. typically the points show where you are playing in terms of quality of competition. if you are getting top of league in terms of points you are probably playing top line and getting harder matchups no? you dont see many 2nd or 3rd line guys putting up ppg game numbers.

Im going to compare kravtsov to lias andersson. picked around the same point a year early. demanded more time, didnt perform well when he was given time (in the nhl). Lias has played well in ahl and shl since being moved. still hasnt really made it as an nhler at this point. he just turned 23 and doesnt look like hes close to making the nhl full time or being a major contributor in the nhl full time. I would say the EXACT same thing of kravtsov. Listen its fine, as a bruins fan i understand 1st round busts... you wanna try and salvage as much as you can, but please dont try and tell me he is something he isnt. hes going to be 22 with 20 games in the Nhl and not much success. In a contract year where he can simply tell the rangers to pound sand and that hes staying in russia.
