As a Leaf fan and watcher, don't understand why folks think Franson is a 4m a year man with term. He's OK. The Bruins with 28m a year on 4 players for years to go is their problem. Makes it fun for Armchair GMs in years to come.

That's fine if you think he's ok. But you can't deny that he's great on the powerplay, which is something you have to pay a premium for. But to justify him being a 4m guy all you have to do is look up his comparables that have recently signed and you'll quickly agree.
