Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
This forward core will operate in a somewhat complicated way. Those top two lines for the most part will stay intact. Pacioretty, Larkin, Pavelski, Tkachuk, Connor and Kreider will in some form make up the bottom 6, but Kyle Connor will never start a shift in the defensive zone, and preferably never touch the ice in the defensive zone. Patrick Kane plays strictly powerplay, not a second of even strength.

With defensive stalwart 2 way guys like Pavelski Tkachuk on the line Connor should have no issue playing in the D zone as the 3rd high player.

Not sure if you are using this as a prediction or your preferred... or both... If its part prediction I just wanted to say Seth Jones has been announced. He also has probably played well enough to make it. Werenski to at least be scratched in my opinion

This is just what I would do if I was the GM. I am a Hawks fan and have watched every game this year, and trust me, Seth Jones is not good enough.
