First things first gut most of the staff and start fresh new identity with more focus on youth and analytics

Think smith is done his body is beat up he doesn’t retire but he goes on LTIR for the year

As Smiths replacement we need to target Kahkonen as the Wild need to resign so many players and deal with the 14 million is dead cap from there buyouts

Final thing to do is sign AHL contracts

Yeah i added a 2023 2nd round pick into the NSH deal

Would you guys take a 2022 2nd for Graves or is that not enough

I say no only because he still has another year on his deal and he’s one of our reliable defensemen so there’s no urgency to get value. If this was next year I’d say yes.

The pens have never and I mean NEVER had interest in Kassian. That BS rumor was floated by some schmuck in Edmonton and pens sites talked about how the pens should stay away.

Thanks for clarifying it was everywhere last deadline and in the off-season here in Edmonton
