is O'Brien good seems like a huge red flag if a 1st round pick from 4 drafts ago is signed yet

still I can't think of the last time a NCAA 1st rounder played out his 4 years, the only why it isn't a red flag if it is his discission to finish college

He's a point per game player for Boston University. It seems the Flyers and him have no rush. I believe O'Brien is only in his Junior Season now so he could elect to complete his senior season before signing.

It's a swap of prospects really. Brassard helps the Oilers a lot right now and he's cheap. I'm accounting for Lavoie potentially being slightly ahead of O'Brien in development at this stage as well along with the 2019 draft appearing to be a bit deeper than the 2018 draft was.
